The first session is 60 minutes. Monica uses it to gather your student's full picture — academic history, career goals, program interests, budget, target start date, city preferences, and family priorities. This is a structured deep-dive, not a surface conversation. Monica has done this hundreds of times and knows exactly what information matters.
Between the two sessions, Monica builds the Education Pathway Plan. This is a written document created specifically for your student — not a generic checklist. It includes a personalized college shortlist with the reasoning behind each recommendation, a program-by-program analysis of fit and admissions likelihood, a cost breakdown for each option covering tuition, housing, health insurance, and living expenses, and a readiness checklist of everything the student needs to prepare.
The second session is another 60 minutes — dedicated to reviewing the plan together. Monica walks the family through every recommendation, explains the reasoning, answers every question that came up between sessions, and adjusts the plan based on the conversation. The family leaves with a document they can act on and a clear, confident direction.
